South Carolina food truck park open for business

It took about a year, but Florence, South Carolina is now home to a food truck park on Palmetto Street and it's open to food truck operators local and far away.

The Eats on the Creek is owned by brothers Jake and Max Holcombe, and so far a variety of trucks have come to serve up food, including BBQ and sweet confections, according to a SCNow report. A Chick-fil-A truck also recently stopped in.

There is space for eight trucks with electricoty available. Patrons have a covered picnic area, parking and restrooms. The park's name derives from the nearby Jeffries Creek.
