South Carolina home to gourmet grilled cheese food truck

One of the latest food trucks to set up in Columbia, South Carolina is the Cheese and Thank You food truck run by Austin and Callie Benz.

The truck serves up gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with options ranging from marinated rib eye and a "return of the mac" sandwhich featuring baked mac and cheese, bacon, a three-cheese blend and ranch dressing.

There's also the crab Rangoon with cream cheese and sweet Thai chili sauce, according to a Cola Daily report.

The couple's fare inspiration came from a quest to try new things and a love of cooking. The truck's logo is a dog balancing a large slice of cheese on its head.

"We're foodies and we're dog lovers, so it worked hand-in-hand," Austin Benz told the news outlet.
