Special food truck series happening in Wyoming

A "Mondays in May" food truck series is taking place this summer in Jackson, Wyoming.

The series will feature two food trucks serving in May Park between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. each Monday, starting June 13 through Sept. 5, according to a Buckrail report.

The organizer, Matt Donavan, held a similar event on private property last year.

The Monday event required a special event permit.

"I am excited about this opportunity, it is in my neighborhood, I am looking forward to it," Mayor Arne Jorgensen told the news outlet.
