Students in culinary arts classes at Case High School in Racine, Wisconsin, will present a Culinary Arts Food Truck Exhibition from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Case, 7345 Washington Ave., according to The Journal Times.
The students were asked to figure out what type of food to serve on a food truck as part of a semester-long project on food service and management skills. The exhibition will be held at the school's cafeteria.
Visitors will find 20 different group presentations, each demonstrating a proposed food truck business, complete with a model of the truck design, menus, recipes, letters to investors, and samples of menu items. Admission is $5 and includes 10 sample tickets. Children five years old and younger are admitted for free.
