Summer's Hub opens 2nd food truck court in Pasco, Washington

Summer's Hub has opened its second food truck court in Pasco, Washington. There are nine food trucks operating in the location, with plans to expand to 26 trucks by spring 2026, according to a report by Apple Valley News Now.

It is located near Dust Devil Stadium and is owned by Chris and Jennifer Corbin.

"It's been about three years to get to this point," Chris Corbin said in the report. "I remember when this lot first came up for sale from the city of Pasco, we had really just gotten going on the hub of Kennewick. It was a little nerve-racking to start working on a second project so quickly, but the location couldn't be beat. The city continued to work with us, and I'm so glad that we did take the risk and the opportunity."
