One of the latest food trucks to set its roots in North Carolina is the Seoul Sushi food truck in Wilmington.

Owner Sang Woo launched the truck in late May and has become popular in quick fashion, selling out his menu every time he opens up to serve, according to a Port City Daily report.

"I'm hitting the numbers I expected," Woo told the news outlet. At his first four events he's sold nearly 50 Korean BBQ bowls, 60 sushi rolls and 40 side menu items. In one neighborhood stop he sold out in two hours.

The menu features 10 rolls, from tuna to specialty options and the sauces are all homemade.

"Everybody was very receptive and interested in trying something different," Woo told the news outlet.
