Tennessee city okays food truck policy

February 28, 2020

Food trucks can serve Crossville, Tennessee city park areas thanks to a new policy that lets operators set up in specific areas via a first-come/first-served reservation requirement.

Trucks need to make the reservation at least 24 hours in advance, according to a Crossville Chronicle report, and operators must pay a $50 annual fee and meet health inspection and insurance requirements.
