Texas BBQ spot launches food truck

The Shack BBQ eatery, in Lubbock, Texas, which reopened last summer after a nearly year-long pandemic closure, has launched a food truck.

The truck is called The Shack Truck, according to a KFYO report, and the restaurant is not closing. The truck plans to visit different areas each week but can also be found in the parking lot of the Wing Shack restaurant, which is also owned by its owner.
