More food trucks are rolling into Nacogdoches, Texas, thanks to an update in the city ordinance, according to NewsWest9.com.
The city changed the one-hour rule which required vehicles to move every hour, along with a rule prohibiting vehicles on public property.
As more food trucks set up shop, customers have more options to choose from. The updated rules are giving operators the confidence to pursue new business ventures.
