Texas city to host its first food truck festival Saturday

The Copperas Cove, Texas parks and recreation department is hosting the first-ever Food Truck Festival on Saturday 4-8 p.m. at Ogletree Gap Park, according to The Killeen Daily Herald. Admission for the event is $5 per car.

Heather Bryan, the city's tourism and information coordinator, said one goal is to create a new annual event that the entire region can be proud of.

Participating trucks include: JennAy's Catering, The Frigid Frog, La Cocinera, E&J Mobil Grill, Snofellas, Big Dog BBQ, Check Point Germany, Detroit's Own, Down South Texas BBQ, Little J Tacos, The Cuban Corner, The Real New Orleans Style Restaurant, and a beer tent.
