Texas food truck aims to expand footprint

The Gino's Tacos food truck in Longview, Texas is expanding to Tyler this summer due to the great success in Longview.

The truck, owned by Gino Guzman, serves up fajitas, tacos, quesadillas and ribeye, according to a Longview News-Journal report.

"Gino's has been a smashing success in Longview," Guzman told the news outlet. "By trade, I am a businessman, so pairing passion with my entrepreneurial spirit, it was only natural to think about expanding to another market that I believe will love my tacos as much as the Longview area has."
