Texas food truck celebrates grand opening

The Wright on Taco & BBQ food truck is up and running in Marshall Texas after celebrating a grand opening earlier this month.

The truck is owned and operated by Julie Wright and her husband Brian, who launched a restaurant called Wright on Taco & BBQ in Harleton just over five years ago, according to aMarshall News Messenger report.

The truck is at Spindletop Market and will be open Thursday and Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until all food is sold out.

"We are really, really thrilled," Julie Wright told the news outlet. "We were really trying to find one central location so it would be easier for people to find us," she said.

The food truck will offer some restaurant favorites but will primarily focus on BBQ.
