Texas food truck is all about gluten-free

Foodies in McKinney, Texas who don't want any gluten will likely be happy to hear about the CK's Kitchen With An Attitude food truck.

The truck offers a gluten-free menu, with everything from chicken and waffles to desserts, according to a Community Impact Newspaper report.

"We are able to introduce [gluten-free] dishes that taste amazing and also safe to-go food that is so hard for celiac or gluten intolerant people to find," co-owner Karla Pittman told the news outlet.

The truck's gluten-free focus was insipired by Pittman's spouse's intolerance to wheat.
