Texas food truck is all about the grub

One of the newest food trucks serving Midland, Texas is the Valley Grub.

The truck, owned by Mario Hernandez and brother Richard, offers made-from-scratch southern fare, from breakfast burritos to burgers, according to a CBS7 report.

"I always wanted a food truck ever since years ago. I was always procrastinating and I love cooking and I cooked for a restaurant, so I was like why not do something I love and make people happy," Mario Hernandez told the news outlet.
