Texas food truck offers Hispanic style snacks

One of the newest food trucks in East Texas is Antojitos and it's offering a mix of Hispanic snacks.

Owner Maria Abarca, a resident of Tyler, Texas debuted her truck at the recent Rose City Fiesta in August, according to a Tyler Morning Telegraph report.

"I've always loved to make snacks and things like that," Abarca told the news outlet.

Antojitos is Spanish for the word "cravings." The menu offers everything from mangonadas to agua frescas to mini pancakes.
