Texas food truck park opening come Fall

Construction has begun on a food truck park in Leander, Texas and the goal is to be open by October.

The park will house up to a half dozen trucks offering a range of different menus, according to a Community Impact report.

The one-acre park will also feature a bar setup as well as a pavilion and the owners, Wade and Jack Funk, also hope to include a play area for children.

"I'm a huge proponent of Leander, and we need so much stuff in Leander," Wade Funk told the news outlet. "We determined this was a great location because there's such a lack of services in the area for food and drink."
