Texas group offering grants to food truck operators, chefs, restaurants

The Texas Food & Wine Alliance in San Antonio, Texas is providing $112,000 in grants and food truck operators, restaurants, chefs and farmers are being invited to apply for the funds.
The grant applications will be accepted through Oct. 23, according to a KSAT report.
The group offers support and fosters innovation for local culinary communities.
Grant winners will be announced on Jan. 21, 2023.
"We're so excited to celebrate 10 years of grant giving from the Alliance, which adds up to more than a half million dollars given in grants since we started," Cathy Cochran-Lewis, grant co-chair, told the news outlet. "It's incredible that the community has come together to provide funding to help innovative culinary projects succeed and help make dreams come true in this way."
