Thai food truck arrives in Redding, California

Redding, California is now home to a Thai food truck that held its grand opening at The Park Food Truck Hub this month.

The Kasalong Thai Cuisine food truck is run by Korasoan Holmes and husband Wiliam, as well as the couple's daughter and son-in-law, according to a KRCR TV report.

The menu is all made from scratch and does not use any MSG products and offers vegan and vegetarian options on request.

"My wife loves to cook and always dreamed of always having her own food truck," Wiliam told the news outlet. "She, the owner, is from Chiangmai Northern Thailand, and sold everything she had to come start her business here. We love Redding because people are very friendly and the weather is not so cold here."
