The Big Cheesy food truck opens restaurant in Baton Rouge

The Big Cheesy food truck has opened its first restaurant in Baton Rouge near Louisianna State University. The location will feature a variety of toasted cheesy sandwiches and will eventually sell alcohol, according to a report by The Advocate.

"We have really built our business around LSU and we can't wait to thank all of our customers with a location open regularly," Blaize Romancik, owner of The Big Cheesy, said in the report.

The location will have 12 to 15 employees.
