The Burrito Lab to get food truck in Champaign, Illinois

The Burrito Lab restaurant will be opening a food trailer in Champaign, Illinois. This location will offer both walking tacos and nachos, burritos and bowls, according to a report by Smile Politely.

The restaurant first opened in 2024 and became popular due to offering free guacamole. The food truck will also offer free guac.

The truck is set to open in 2026.
