The Daily Meal announces the 101 Best Food Trucks in America

The Daily Meal has posted the 101 Best Food Trucks in America for 2016, based on reader survey. This marks the fifth year it has produced such a list.

Earlier this month, a survey was posted on the Daily Meal homepage asking readers to choose their favorite food trucks from a list of almost 400 options. If a particular vehicle wasn't included in the survey, participants were encouraged to write in additional picks.

Before the voting closed, the list of trucks grew to almost 500, and food lovers from all over the country voiced their opinions. The Daily Meal tallied up the scores and narrowed it down to 101.
