Judges from Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race have announced their favorite food trucks, according to Food Network.
Bobby Flay likes Wafels and Dinges, New York City, which makes sweet and savory Belgian waffles.
Geoffrey Zakarian, co-host and Chopped judge, likes Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, an ice cream truck that only uses antibiotic-free and hormone-free milk and cream.
Justin Warner, winner of Season 8's Food Network, likes Mariscos Jalisco in Los Angeles, which makes fish tacos, shrimp tostadas and ceviche.
Chopped judge Alex Guarnaschelli likes Coolhaus of Austin, Texas, which features sweet and savory handmade ice cream and ice cream sandwiches. Coolhaus also has trucks in Los Angeles, New York and Miami.
Marcela Valladolid chooses Mariscos El Pescador in Chula Vista, California, which serves at a Toys R Us parking lot. Valladolid said the fish tacos are reminiscent of the ones she use to drive across the border to eat.
Simon Majumdar, an Iron Chef America judge, favored Seoul Sausage, winner of the Season 3 Great Food Truck Race, which is now a restaurant offering Korean fusion recipes such as flaming kimchi balls.
Katie Lee, co-host of The Kitchen, chooses Rolling Dough in Greenport, New York, which features a wood-burning oven to make pizza. All pizza toppings are from local farms.
Amanda Freitag chooses Nong's Khao Man Gai in Portland, Oregon, which is famous for its Thai chicken and rice dish khao man gai. The truck can be found in three Portland locations.
