The Smokin' Rock and Roll food truck, in Bay Village, Ohio truly has some historic rock 'n' roll history in its roots.

The owners, Billy Morris and Todd Chaisson, are rock band musicians with credentials — Morris has performed on the local "Gene Carroll Show," playing Eddie Money songs and his parents both had bands. Chaisson has played in bands since his early teens and one of his brothers played in the Badlands band with Ozzie Osborne, according to a Cleveland.com report.

The rockers initially joined culinary forces with a trailer on the back of a Jeep and then built a savory meat food truck. Their second truck, which is 32 feet long, features a smoker trailer as well as a dessert trailer and can be found at 605 Clague Parkway.

The menu is all barbecue, from smoked chicken to smoked salmon.
