3 hospitalized following food truck explosion in Richmond, Virginia

The owner of a food truck, the Cary St. Café in Richmond, Virginia, and two employees were hospitalized Friday night following an explosion caused by a mechanical issue, according to WTVR-TV.

Michelle Clark, manager of the truck, said one employee, Jennifer Pleasants Yolton, was released on Sunday, while the other two, owner Robyn Chandler and employee Bobby Rolfes III, were in fair condition and will be in the hospital for at least three more days.
