Thursday food truck rallies come to Fort Collins, Colorado

Food truck rallies are being held Thursdays on the south side of Fort Collins, Colorado at Fossil Creek Park. The rallies will run 5:30 p.m. to dusk each week through September 14, according to the Coloradoan.

The event has been organized by the FoCo Food Truck Alliance, which has already organized Tuesday food truck rallies.

The Thursday event will feature some of the regular Tuesday City Park trucks in addition to newer trucks.
