Touchless vending and coffee service machines: Success beyond COVID?

The customer demand for contactless interaction continues to expand due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thankfully, a number of self-service equipment manufacturers have introduced touchless equipment while technology providers have offered mobile apps capable of enabling touchless interaction.

During the upcoming Self-Service Innovation Summit, a panel of convenience services operators will offer insight on the need for touchless technology and how they use it to engage their customers.

The panel, "Toucheless Vending and Coffee Service Machines: Success Beyond COVID?," sponsored by the Invenda Group, includes Gary Arwin, president of Gator Vending in Orlando, Florida; Albert Gonzalez of Best Office Coffee Service in Miami; and Woody Kassin, CEO of Capital Provisions in Los Angeles.

Ursina Beerli, COO of Invenda Group, will moderate the panel.
