Truck Stop Pop-Up Kitchen to feature weekly rotating operators in Orlando

The new Truck Stop Pop-Up Kitchen opens Friday at 8 p.m., Dec. 29, at 900 E. Washington St. in Orlando, Florida, according to Orlando Weekly. 

The concept takes over the former Graffiti Junktion and will allow a new food truck, chef or catering company to take over the space every week.

The Truck Stop will join the Thornton Park New Year's Eve party and the UCF football viewing brunch on New Year's Day.

Greg Peters, formerly the chef of Graffiti Junktion, will oversee the new restaurant.
