Tucson food truck owners form association

Twenty-four food truck operators in Tucson, Arizona have formed a food truck association and one goal is to attain better transparency of regulations and better communication with legislative entities.

The Arizona Food Truck Association will also provide food truck operators with a community, according to Les Baxter, a partner in Bemo's BBQ Truck.

"We want it to be us working with them and them working with us. I think the association can make that happen," Baxter told news outlet KGUN 9.
