Tyler, Alabama food truck park opens

PE's Court, a food truck park recently opened in Tyler, Alabama. The grand opening featured The Spud Station, Mr. Taco, Tit's Hot Dogs, Jenn Jenn's Peace of Cakes, J. Bud's BBQ & Catering CO. and Heaven's Rita, according to a report by the Tyler Morning Telegraph.

Owner Alexis Morales-Williams has been working on getting the park set up for several months, as she first had to get her paperwork from the planning and zoning department and pitch the idea to the city council.

"It took approximately three months before the city council gave me the green light," Morales-Williams said in the report. "Then the health department had to come out and then the fire marshal to make sure everything was OK."

PE's Court is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
