University food truck row boasts new trucks

The University of Hawaii at Manoa is home to several new food trucks in its Food Truck Row.

The trucks are HI Cravings, Big Belly Eatery, HB Baking and Ahi & Vegetable, according to a report from Ka Leo O Hawaii, a student-run media organization.

HB Baking serves up "cutie pies" which are miniature ice cream pies created by owners David and Health Lukeli. HI Cravings offers customizable acai bowls.

"Our most popular bowl would be our original fresh acai blend with all our standard fruits (strawberries, bananas, watermelon, pineapple and grapes), honey and granola with the added toppings of our famous edible cookie dough," HI Cravings Operations Manager Ku'ulei Cleghorn told the media outlet.
