University of Texas football player opens food truck in Austin

Deandre Moore, a freshman University of Texas Longhorn football player, opened a food truck called Jive Turkey in Austin. This truck offers the Jive Burger, Jive Turkey with cornbread, turkey, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, gravy and cranberry sauce and the OJ Jive, a deep fried turkey taco, according to a report by Eater Austin.

Deandre's mother Taleea Moore is the chef for the truck. He plans to donate food to unhoused individuals this year during Thanksgiving. The truck is open from 5 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Friday.
