Utah food truck festival celebrates Asian culture

The Asian Food Truck Festival, taking place July 13 in Holladay, Utah is all about celebrating the Asian culture and heritage.
The event will take place at the SOHO Food Park in collaboration with the Asian American Collegiate Alliance, according to an ABC4 report.
The goal, according to the organization, is to support the Asian community and form unity among Asian ethnic groups.
"There is fear in the Asian community because of things that have happened," Mark Young, who manages the food park, told the news outlet. "They see Asian news around the country and then back in their original countries and that fear is something that is real because I've seen it personally."
Trucks attending include the Bento Truck, Suzy Thai, Fatty Tuna, Thai Chef To Go, Crunchy Munchy and the Comfort Bowl, according to the report.
