Vegan burger food truck closes down

The Plow Burger, a food truck offering vegan fare, has closed its business.

The truck, which initially launched in Austin, Texas and expanded to the DFW area, shuttered in late 2022, according to a Culture Map report.

The pandemic and operating costs were the prime factors, according to the news outlet. The food truck began operating four years ago by owner Isaac Mogannam and Jason Sabala. The menu offered all plant-based items including burgers, fries and wings.
