Vegan food truck arrives in Duluth

Duluth, Michigan is now home to a vegan food truck called the Grumpy Groose.

The truck, owned and operated by Josh Gosar and his wife, offers a plant-based menu and was borne from Gosar's decision to be a vegan, according to a Fox 21 report. A three-week challenge to do a vegan diet ended up being a life-changer health-wise.

"Sometimes it's a battle of willpower, but usually it's like, I can go make whatever it is that I can get from any gas station or any fast food place, I can make that myself," he told the news outlet. "So why would I give up my personal health and my time with my children to go back to eating in a way I know wasn't good for me."
