Vegas food truck opens brick-and-mortar restaurant

Vegas foodies who loved the mac and cheese from the TasteBudz Creole Kitchen food truck now have a restaurant location to enjoy the fare.

The food truck has been serving its menu in North Las Vegas since the spring of 2021, according to an 8NewsNow report.

The restaurant menu offers jerk chicken, alfredo pasta, gumbo and crab boils as well as the mac and cheese that became a popular post on social media.

Owners are Marsean and Latricsha Nelson, who originally hail from Illinois.

"I put my love. I put my soul. I put my everything in it," Chef Tricsha told the news outlet.
