Victoria, British Columbia invites food trucks to apply for space at summer concerts

The city of Victoria, British Columbia in Canada is for the first time inviting food trucks to sign up for space at concerts and events in Centennial Square for next year, according to Victoria News.

The city will evaluate food trucks on menus and technical requirements for events. Local businesses interested can apply online and provide links to samples of their menus by Jan. 31, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.

The city will contact applicants in early March, and late applications will be considered for 2019. Preference will be given to businesses in Greater Victoria.
