Virginia coffee shop fundraising to launch food truck

Chris's Coffee and Custard, a popular coffee shop in Roanoke, Virginia, is raising funds to launch a food truck.

The goal is $75,000 according to a WSLS report.

The plan is to offer up the shop's top menu items, including custard, and have the truck rolling by summer.

"We have some amazing young adults here at Chris's and to be able to get them out and to share them with the community is going to be awesome; they have such special gifts and talents that we just want people to see and to know about," Beth Woodrum, owner of Chris's Coffee and Custard, told the news outlet.
