Virginia town considers food truck regulations

July 19, 2019

The town of Culpeper, Virginia, is considering new rules for food trucks, including the creation of a site plan that shows every location food trucks park at, sign restrictions, liability insurance and possible time restrictions for remaining stationary, according to a fredericksburg.com report.

The town's 12 food trucks are presently required to register with the town and the health department.

Most of the town's food trucks serve at privately-owned parking lots under agreements with property owners.
