Walnut Wednesday returns to Cleveland, Ohio

A fire truck serving food cooked by real firefighters, customizable pasta, stuffed burgers, seafood with soul food sides, ice cream floats and more will be part of this year's Walnut Wednesday, Cleveland's largest weekly food truck gathering, according to Cleveland.com.

At least eight trucks will be new to the event in Perk Park at East 12^th and Walnut streets. Add in a few dozen returning trucks and you'll find at least 41 selections, rotating in teams of about 20 each week.

"And we'll have a few more to announce," said Lisa Krieger, who organizes the event for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance.

Walnut Wednesday starts on May 3, about two weeks from now.
