Washington food truck offers a bit of everything

The Bobablastic food truck, in Longview, Washington, aims to please more than one palate.

The truck, run by Angela Guerrero, of Vancouver, said she serves four to five dozen customers each day including vegetarians as her menu is wide ranging.

There's everything from French fries with peppers to chicken and rice bowls as well as tofu options, according to a report at The Daily News.

"We have a little bit of everything," she told the news outlet. Guerrerro has franchised her truck business and said each offers a unique food menu.
