Washington food truck offers something for everyone

The Roma food truck, in Tri-Cities, Washington, is all about enjoying good food when enjoying good wine.

The food truck, launched by Roberta Charlaris-Davis and Marina Alburquerque, offers up various charcuterie boards and is finding a welcome home at local wineries, according to a KEPR report.

The duo are full-time designers and are running the food truck on weekends but are open to catering and private parties. The food truck will be in Richland hosting a charcuterie workshop on Nov. 16.
