Washington home to food truck hub

A food truck hub complete with a commissary kitchen is up and running in Kennewick, Washington.

The Summer's Hub food truck park offers every vendor access to water, electricity, wastewater and natural gas, according to a Yaktrinews report.

Owner and operator Chris Corbin established the hub on land between a Sportsman Warehouse and a Chuck E. Cheese.

"It's overwhelming, it does feel good. This was the fear that you open up and no one would show up, but they're coming, and I have a feeling it's only going to pick up as we start doing more events at the Hub," he told the news outlet.
