How to unblock your restaurant’s loyalty “blind spot”

Playing a game of hit-or-miss is not something you want to do with your restaurant's loyalty program. Yet, that's exactly what most restaurants are doing, according to research from LedgerPay, a Quisitive payments intelligence platform.

The company said data shows that first of all, about 70% of customers don't even bother to enroll in a brand's loyalty program, anyway, so there's a big chunk being missed right there. In fact, research shows most loyalty programs reach fewer than 5% of consumers, leaving 95% or more of the people you're serving with no access to the kind of incentives and communication that builds a lifelong patron for your brand.
