West Virginia food truck Fridays to kick off in May

Food Truck Fridays will kick off May 7 in Charleston, West Virginia running from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.

The event will take place on Kanawha Boulevard, which will be closed from Capitol Street to Court Street for the weekly event, according to a WOWKTV report.

"We are excited to add another unique option to Charleston's lunch scene," Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin told the news outlet. "Food Truck Fridays will bring trucks from around the region specializing in an array of cuisines."
