Westfield, Indiana approves food truck rules

Westfield, Indiana has added new rules for food trucks. In particular, food trucks are not allowed within 100 feet of the entrance or outdoor area of a restaurant. They also may not be within 100 feet of the right of way on U.S. 31 or Ind. 32, according to a report by You Are Current.

Food trucks will also need permits for special events or to operate at breweries and distilleries.

These trucks will also need licenses to operate, which are priced at $150 before June 30, $100 after June 30 and $100 for renewals.
