White Paper BBQ moves to downtown Loveland, opens food truck

White Paper BBQ, a Colorado restaurant, is moving to downtown Loveland, Colorado after traveling on the road. Owner Jim Rowan said he eventually plans to open a restaurant in the former Kiby's Hitch and Wiring building but for now will serve food out of the food truck parked outside, according to a report by Loveland Reporter-Herald.

Rowan said the truck will be a "non-mobile mobile unit." He hopes that he will be able to enter the building by summer and offer indoor and outdoor dining.
