Ericka Buskirk, who teaches culinary arts at Case high School in Kenosha, Wisconsin, will be featured in a Food Network Supermarket Stakeout episode in March.
Buskirk, who is the longtime chef at the restaurant Twisted Cuisine, incorporates a food truck exhibition in her culinary school program in the Racine Unified School District, according to a Journal Times report.
In the Supermarket Stakeout competition program four chefs face off in a pop-up kitchen outside a grocery store and buy groceries for a meal concept from customers leaving the store.
The show will air at 9 p.m. March 16.
