Wisconsin food truck is all about authentic Mexican fare

The Cabana Cortez, one of the newest food trucks in Sussex, Wisconsin, is focused on one goal — serving up authentic Mexican fare from tacos to quesadilla with lots of different sauce choices.

The truck is owned and operated by Ann Cortez, her husband, Jesse, and brother-in-law, Gilbert, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report, and is located right across from the post office at N63 W23580 Silver Spring Drive.

"We offer a variety of sauces like red jalapeño hot sauce, green creamy guacamole sauce and a creamy sour cream with toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro — all served on authentic soft corn or flour tortillas," Cortez told the news outlet..
