Wisconsin food truck is Barbie fan’s dream

Wisconsin resident Cynthia Sieloff is a big big Barbie fan — she's got about 100 dolls from childhood and 50 cases of clothes and accessories.

So it's not a big surprise that the her first food truck would be pink.

In fact Barbie may have played a role in her entrepreneurial spirit, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

"I felt Barbie can do anything because Barbie can be anything. It (the doll) had good messages and values," she told the news outlet.

Her truck, Off the Eaten Path, launched at the start of last month and is at Germantown and Menomonee Falls twice a week.

The menu includes fish tacos, chicken salad, burgers and a fried green tomato BLT.
