Wisconsin town prohibits food trucks downtown

Food trucks and carts will not be permitted in downtown Burlington, Wisconsin, except during special events under an ordinance passed by the city council, according to The Journal Times.

The Tall Tales Music Festival, running this Friday and Saturday downtown, will have food trucks in addition to restaurants. Food trucks will be able to park in the public parking area on the south side of Industrial Drive between Kraft Avenue and Brookview Avenue, as well as in the cul-de-sac at the end of Blackhawk Drive in the Burlington Manufacturing and Office Park.
